Transparent and Fair Refund Process
At usbcgold.com, we aim to provide a transparent and fair refund process for purchases of USBC Gold Tokens and crowdfunding investments. Please review the following policy carefully.

2Refund Process for USBC Gold Token Purchases
2.1. Non-Refundable Nature: USBC Gold Token purchases are generally non-refundable once tokens are transferred to your designated Solana wallet address, as blockchain transactions are irreversible.
2.2. Exceptional Refund Process: At our sole discretion, we may consider refund requests under the following conditions:
- You must submit a refund request within seven (7) days from the date of token delivery.
- You must create a special return order through the Website and transfer the exact number of purchased tokens to our designated Solana wallet address within the 7-day period.
- Upon verification of the returned tokens, we will refund the fiat equivalent based on the market price of USBC Gold Tokens at the time of return, as determined by a reputable exchange.
2.3. Refund Execution: Refunds will be processed within five (5) business days to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment gateway fees.
2.4. Non-Compliance: Failure to return tokens within the 7-day period or comply with the refund process will result in forfeiture of refund eligibility.
3Refund Process for Crowdfunding Investments
3.1. Withdrawal Period: You may withdraw your investment in any crowdfunding project within fifteen (15) days from the date of order completion.
3.2. Refund Process by Payment Method:
- Fiat Payments (Visa/Mastercard): Refunds will be processed to the original payment method without fees. A participation reward of 1% per annum (approximately 0.041% for 15 days) will be added to the refund amount.
- USBC Gold Token Payments: Refunds will be processed to the Solana wallet address registered in your user panel without fees. A participation reward of 2% per annum (approximately 0.082% for 15 days) will be added in USBC Gold Tokens, based on the token’s market price at the time of refund, as determined by a reputable exchange.
3.3. Refund Execution: Refunds will be processed within five (5) business days of receiving a valid withdrawal request. For token-based refunds, you must ensure the registered wallet address is accurate and accessible.
3.4. Re-Participation: Withdrawal from a project does not restrict your ability to participate in the same or other projects again.
4General Provisions
4.1. Refunds are subject to verification of payment and compliance with the refund process.
4.2. We are not responsible for losses due to market volatility, incorrect wallet addresses, or delays in blockchain transactions.
