General Terms and Conditions for Project Participation

1. Investment Currency

All investments in Rwandan Arabica Green Coffee Beans Import Project ("the Project") must be made using USBC Gold tokens. No other forms of currency or payment will be accepted for participation.

2. Project Duration and Lock-In Period

The Project has a fixed duration of four (4) months, starting from the crowdfunding start date (October 10, 2025) and ending on the crowdfunding end date (April 7, 2026). During this period, invested USBC Gold tokens are locked, and participants cannot withdraw or redeem their tokens.

3. Early Withdrawal Penalty

Any attempt to withdraw USBC Gold tokens before the end of the 4-month lock-in period will incur a penalty of 20% of the invested token amount. The remaining tokens, after deducting the penalty, will be returned to the participant's designated wallet, subject to processing times.

4. Profit Distribution

Participants are entitled to a profit share of 4% per month on their investment, calculated based on the USBC Gold tokens invested. Profits will be distributed on a quarterly basis (every three months) during the Project duration. The first and only profit distribution for this 4-month Project will occur at the end of the Project (on or before April 7, 2026).

5. Payment of Profits

All profit payments will be made exclusively in USBC Gold tokens. Profits will be transferred to the participant's digital wallet, as registered in their user panel on the Project platform. Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their wallet address in the user panel.

6. Claiming Profits

After the 4-month lock-in period ends, participants can claim their profit share through the Project's user panel. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the Project's end date (by May 7, 2026). Failure to claim profits within this period may result in forfeiture of the profit share, subject to the Project's discretion.

7. Termination of Profit Payments

Profit distribution will cease upon the completion of the Project on April 7, 2026. No further profits will be paid after this date, regardless of the Project's performance or subsequent activities.

8. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must register on the Project platform and provide accurate wallet information for USBC Gold token transactions.
• Participants are responsible for complying with applicable tax laws and regulations in their jurisdiction regarding profits earned from the Project.
• Participants must ensure they have sufficient USBC Gold tokens in their wallet to meet the minimum pledge requirement, as outlined in the Project crowdfunding details.

9. Project Risks and Disclaimers

• The Project involves inherent risks, including but not limited to market fluctuations, operational challenges, and regulatory changes. Participants acknowledge that profits are not guaranteed and are subject to the Project's successful completion.
• The Project organizers are not liable for losses due to external factors beyond their control, such as changes in market conditions, logistical issues, or unforeseen events affecting the Project's execution.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from participation in the Project will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of [Jurisdiction] courts for any legal proceedings related to the Project.

11. Amendments to Terms

The Project organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
